You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. FloralShe pays the return shipping cost for eligible returns.
Return eligibility
Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with their original tags and packaging. For intimate apparel, any hygiene liner or seal must remain intact. Discounted items follow the same return policy.
These conditions do not limit your rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or any other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request a return
- Email contact@foralshe.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will provide the return instructions and explain the return shipping arrangement, at our expense.
- Pack the item securely and follow those instructions. Please contact us before sending a return so it reaches the correct return address.
Return shipping
FloralShe covers return shipping for eligible returns. Please use the shipping arrangement provided by our team so you do not need to arrange a shipment independently.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, contact us to arrange a return and discuss the replacement you need. Replacement availability depends on stock.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue and include your order number and a description of the problem. We will help resolve it at no additional return shipping cost to you.
